As China races to become a world powerhouse in technology, the city of Shenzhen has become Ground Zero for China’s own ‘Silicon Valley’. With the surge of tech companies relocating to Shenzhen, a growing demand for luxury houses and high-rise residential towers has sky-rocketed.
Centrally located in the heart of the CBD, this mixed use development comprises of 12 high-rise towers with 2700 residential units, positioned on a 96,000m² GFA five level multiplex retail podium.
To create a landmark complex, a scheme was fostered to create eleven condominium towers ranging from 84m to 200m in height, with a 240m tall signature Business Tower taking centre stage.
With an approach to rehouse the original residents of the site, the scheme is divided into 3 zones, with zone 3 containing 5 Replacement Towers. The other cluster is Zone 2, containing 6 Saleable Towers marketed to young professionals.
The final segmant is Zone 1, this being the Business Tower specially designed and tailored for luxury living with prime views of the city.
