Located in the northern arc of the world renowned Doha Corniche, close to the Qatar Petroleum old HQ building, this 214m high twin blade shaped tower sits as a focal point against the breath taking skyline.
Being located in the heart of the Gulf region, heat gain and solar glare are infamous features for modern buildings. To address this issue, the position of the development is orientation to reduce the impact from the intense heat of the sun, thus reducing cooling costs.
Using highly reflective coated triple glazing to improve energy performance by 50%, combined with densely spaced vertical aluminium fins, the façade gives a shimmering effect as the sun moves from east to west.
With the vertical circulation core being placed central in between the two blade towers, the floor efficiency and tenancy flexibility is maximised to attract any demographic of business.
To address the retail and F&B demands of Doha Corniche, the 44 story office tower sits on a four story podium with an entire floor dedicated to fine dining restaurants, F&B outlets and a large entertainment zone on the forth level.
